I think it is interesting how objects can be incorporated into fashion and one of the most common examples is cages. From literally creating a caged skirt to incorporating some aspect of the object into a design and using it as inspiration, cageing is a common style in fashion today. I decided to look into some of the different ways it has been incorporated into garments.
